RENTAL FEE + SECURITY DEPOSIT – REQUIRED ONCE APPROVED
Once the booking request is approved, the following security deposit and rental fee are required in two separate checks to finalize the reservation.
Please place the two checks in an envelope marked Lake Club Rental in the white mailbox at the Village Hall.
PLEASE NOTE: The Lake Club requires a 48-hour notice of bookings. For any parties opportunistically
booked within 48 hours of the event, full payment will be required prior to final booking approval.
Cancellations made 72 hours before the event will be refunded in full.
